FES DAY TRIP TO AZROU AND THE CEDAR FORESTS

This FES DAY TRIP stops at Azrou, which is a Berber city located in the heart of the Middle Atlas Mountains. Our trip will focus more on the surrounding forests, which are the largest cedar forests in Morocco. This area contains a very special cedar tree, the great Cedar Gouraud. Unfortunately, this tree died a little while ago because of a pine plague. Take your time exploring the forest, after which we will head to the town of Azrou to give some time as well. Finally, we will head back to Fes in the afternoon to end our DAY TRIP.
