New DESERT TOUR FROM MARRAKECH TO ZAGORA 3 days

Itinerary tour from Marrakech to Zagora:

Day 1: Marrakech – Tizin’Tichka Pass – Ait Benhaddou – Draa Valley – Zagora -Mhamid

Our three days tours from Marrakech to Zagora will start when we pick you up from your accommodation, then we will start driving towards the Sahara desert. Through the High Atlas Mountains, we will drive by the famous mountain pass of Tizin Tichka, which will give us a view of the breathtaking landscapes of the High Atlas Mountains and the neighboring small villages.

Our first stop of the day will at the Kasbah of Tamnougalte and the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou. In addition to being a recognized UNESCO world heritage site, the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou has attracted many important movie directors throughout the years. After that, we will keep driving along the Draa valley, surrounded by Palm trees from both sides. The last stop we will make along the way will be a lunch break at the Zagora village. Finally, we will arrive at the Mhamid village where we will spend the night in a traditional Kasbah.

Day 2: Mhamid – Oasis – Chegaga

After having breakfast, we will go on our three-day tour from Marrakech to Zagora to explore the traditional M’hamid El Ghizlane village, which is a desert village that’s untouched by civilization. You can visit one of the 7 Kasbahs of the village while noticing the remains of some palm groves. We will then head back to the hotel to have a delicious lunch meal, after which we will ride the 4×4 vehicles into the desert dunes heading towards our desert camp. After arriving there, you will find a caravan of camels waiting for you, in order to enjoy an unforgettable ride on the camel’s back while witnessing the sunset behind the desert dunes. Back at the camp, you will enjoy a traditional dinner in the fun desert atmosphere, then spend a memorable night under the starry night sky.

Day 3: Chegaga dunes – Foum Zguid – Taznakht – Marrakech

We will make sure to wake you up in time to catch the magnificent sunrise over the desert dunes, then we will head to the Foum Zguid town, driving through the old Paris-Dakar tracks and the Iriqui Lake. Finally, we will visit the village of Taznakht where we will have lunch, before heading back to Marrakech to end our three days tour from Marrakech to Zagora.
